My Brexit (charity) story...

It is very important for Credit Suisse to give back to the community. Not only does CS pick a charity of the year, we also support individual charity programs.

I have had the chance of working together with quite a couple of programs myself over the past couple if years.
Whitechapel mission
On the 3rd Friday of the month the European women's network organizes a special event for homeless women at the Whitechapel mission.
2 years ago I held a Spanish event with paella and Manuel the Guitarrista:

The year before I organized together with hairsalon Cobella a pampering day à la française:

On Friday the 23rd of june 2016 it was my turn again to make the ladies at the shelter feel special. As you can imagine, with the whole of Britain in panic mode, that was not going to happen... I had to find somebody fast to cover for me! Luckily my partner - who is a dentist- volunteered to give the ladies a course on oral hygiene. Not exactly what they had in mind but better then a no show ;-)
Brexit-Friday was definitely an eventful day... to say the least.
But to finish on a positive note related to charity programs...
I am very excited to have been selected this year to become a Global Citizen.
I am planning on taking this incredible opportunity to make a difference in the life of children in Colombia with both hands.
